Personal Armour Training has over 10 years experience providing clients of all ability levels the training experience they need. We work with clients ranging from competitive athletes at the highest levels, to those just starting out, or those looking to get in shape and improve their health.

 
 
 
 

Training and Nutrition Coaching

 

Training:
Each of our programs is fully tailored to the individual. We design programs to meet the needs of the client based on their ability, training history, injuries, and available equipment. Training programs include full email/text access to Eric, weekly check ins, monitoring through the TrainHeroic App, video instructions and video review. Programs are adjusted for each client as they progress to keep them on the path to their goals.

 

Nutrition:

Like our Training programs, our nutrition plans are also fully individualized to the client and their needs. Along with the nutrition plan, clients get full email/text support from Eric, along with weekly check ins and diet adjustments over the course of the plan to ensure their progress.
